Things We Buy
TMNT
In 1983, Eastman & Laird introduced the world to 4 anthropomorphic turtle teens that were trained in ninjutsu by an anthropomorphic rat. Since that first comic book, an empire of toys, cartoons, movies and video games has kept fans entertained for the past 40 years.

We seek items mostly from the Playmate Toys line (1988-1992) and comics (80s-90s), but are also interested in other memorabilia from the 80's and 90's.

G.I. Joe
In 1963, Stanley Weston designed the first concept that would become G.I. Joe. From America's moveable fighting man (1964-1969) to re-branding as Adventure Team (1970-1976) during the Vietnam War, Joes were a hit that started to wane.

Luckily, in 1982 the immensely popular re-launch of An American Hero (1982-1994) revived the franchise with new 3.75" figures, an animated series and on-going comics.
We seek any Joes from 1960s to 1994, but may be interested in other G.I. Joe memorabilia.

MOTU
Thanks to a declined Star Wars production request in 1976, Mattel started looking for what would become The Masters of the Universe. The 5 1/2" figures would hit shelves in 1982, showing the world He-Man, Skeletor and others in their battles across Eternia.

Worried that "5 year-olds don't read" comics included with the toys, an animated series would surface the next year. Of course, 1983 to 1988 brought more characters and more toys, such as She-Ra, Orko, and Faker.

We seek all original figurines from 1982-1988, but may be interested in other MOTU memorabilia.

Transformers
1984 brought the arrival of heroic Autobots and villanous Decepticons, combining the concepts of Hasbro and Takara Tomy into one of the most beloved toys of the 1980's. 39 years later, we have seen multiple toy lines (i.e. Generation 1 [1984-1993], Generation 2 [1993-1995], Beast Wars/Machines [1996-2000]), animation, video games, comics and film.
We seek Transformers from G1, G2 and Beast War/Machines, but may be interested in other Transformer memorabilia.

Street Sharks
As Vin Diesel once said, 1994 gave us the "fin-tastic" Street Sharks. The "round mound of pound" Boomer (aka Big Slammu), Jab and Ripster are just a few of the outrageous characters introduced by Mattel. The toys were accompanied by an animated series, and in 1996 the Dino Vengers (Extreme Dinosaurs) joined the fun!
We seek all Street Sharks!

Power Rangers
Mighty Morphin' Power Ranger's kicked onto the scene in August of 1993. Bandai accompanied the Fox Kids show with a line of action figures and the franchise catapulted to top-tier of 1990s culture! Since then, the franchise has spawned films, several television series and of course, more toys!

We seek Zords and figures from the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers line (1993 -1996), but may be interested in other Power Rangers memorabilia.

Thundercats
Hot on the heels of MOTU, Thundercats howled into 1985 with a line of action figures by LJN and a companion animated series. The alien cats delighted kids until 1989 and have gone on to spawn comic books, video games and re-booted animated series in 2011 and 2020.

We seek all Thundercats toys from 1985-1989, but may be interested in other Thundercats memorabilia.

Ghostbusters
In the 1980's, SNL dominated Saturday Nights and brought laughter to millions of households. From that success, Dan Aykroyd gave the world Ghostbusters. With such amazing stars as Bill Murray, Rick Moranis, and Signourey Weaver, and a hit theme from Ray Parker Jr., it wasn't long before Colombia Pictures and Kenner knew who to call!

The Real Ghostbusters slimed onto American televisions in 1985 and would bring amazing toys until 1991. The franchise has given comic books, video games and new sequel & re-boot films.

We seek all Real Ghostbusters (1986-1991), but may be interested in other Ghostbusters memorabilia.

Pokemon has grown to encompass 1015 species of "pocket monster", over 1000 episodes and 20 seasons of animated series, multiple films, countless video games, endless toys and the highest selling trading card game of all time!

Star Wars
Whether the Force has been with you since 1977 or you have just learned "the Way" from Disney's The Mandalorian, you would be hard pressed to find anyone who has not heard of Star Wars.

The phenomenon has spawned films, television series, video games, novels, comic books and theme park attractions!

My Little Pony
After the success of My Pretty Pony in 1981, Hasbro launched the much smaller My Little Pony toy line in 1982. Next came animated specials, a film and animated series. "Cutie marks" and brushable manes ruled until 1992, when MLP was discontinued.

My Little Pony would not be silenced, though, and saw revivals in 1997-1999, 2003-2010, Friendship is Magic (ending in 2019) and the 5th generation accompanying a Netflix film in 2021.

We seek My Little Pony (1982-1992), but may be interested in other MLP memorabilia.

Hot Wheels
During 1968, Mattel's Elliot Handler glimpsed his son playing with a Matchbox car and was inspired to a line of diecast cars to compete. Envisioning a more "hot rod" design, Hot Wheels was born and The Original Sweet 16 was produced. This set gave the world the first Red Line Series.

From 1968-1977, all Hot Wheels were produced with the red stripe on the tire. 1978-1988 became "The Blackwall Era" introducing different wheel types with blackwall tires. 1989-1994 introduced collector numbers to each car. In 1995, a major shake-up came in the form of Treasure Hunts (rare variants of the casting).

The franchise has since spawned many more castings, video games, movies and other memoribilia.

We seek Hot Wheels from 1968-1998, but may be interested in other Hot Wheel Memoribilia.

Matchbox
Earning their name from the small boxes they were packaged in, Matchbox cars began production in 1953. Jack Odell, a British die-caster, teamed with Leslie and Rodney Smith to form Lesney Products. Jack grew tired of casting things such as the Queen's coronation coach, and got the idea for the toy, that dominated the market of the 50s & 60s, from his daughter; she was only able to bring toys small enough to fit inside a matchbox.

Matchbox became synonymous with small toy cars, and was respected for it's quality, attention to detail and fair price.

We seek Matchbox cars from 1953-1998, but we may be interested in other Matchbox memorabilia.

Micro Machines
1986 shrunk things down with Galoob's introduction of Micro Machines. The tiny vehicles would spawn miniature playsets (similar to later Polly Pocket), franchised series such as TNT Motorsports monster trucks in the Tuff Trax series, Star Wars, G.I. Joe, and Nascar.

The fastest talking man (at the time), John Moschitta Jr. would popularize the line further with outrageous commercials and the slogan "If it doesn't say Micro Machines, it's not the real thing"!

We seek Micro Machines from 1986-1999, but we may be interested in other Micro Machines memorabilia.

WWE/WWF
During the 1980's, pro wrestling exploded in popularity. Seeking to seize the opportunity, Titan Sports contracted LJN toys to produce the first WWE/WWF toys in 1984. In 1989, LJN ended toy production and the contract transferred to Hasbro from 1990-1996. Jakks Pacific took over in 1996 and produced WWE/WWF figures until 2009.

We seek LJN and Hasbro figures primarily, but we will purchase Jakks Pacific figures, as well, and may be interested in other WWE/WWF memorabilia.

Marvel & DC
Marvel and DC have been leaders in the comics market for nearly 90 years. They have given us favorite super heroes such as Superman, Batman, Spider-man, The Avengers and The X-Men.

The first superhero action figures came about in 1971, from Mego. In the 80's and 90's, many figures were produced by Kenner, the company who popularized Star Wars toys. Toy Biz jumped aboard during the late 90's, as well, and introduced the Build-a-Figure component. Into the 2000s, Hasbro took over Marvel Legends from Toy Biz and continues to be popular today!
We seek Mego, Kenner and Toy Biz figures, primarily, but we are also interested in Hasbro and other Marvel/DC memorabilia.

Trading Cards
Trading cards got their start as far back as 1886, when collectible cardboard with images of famous persons were added to cigarette packages as a stiffener. This would evolve into sports related cards, still in cigarettes through the early 1900s. In 1933, cards began being packed with bubble gum. Topps became the leader in trading cards after 1950, bringing popular sports and non-sports collectible cards to market.

Later, collectible card games (CCG) and trading card games (TCG) emerged and became immensely popular to this day.

We seek baseball cards from 1800s to 1988 and non sports trading cards from movies and shows (1932-2003), including Garbage Pail Kids (1985), Magic the Gathering (1993-1997), Pokemon (1999-2003) and Yu-Gi-Oh (2002-2005).

Comics
Since 1897, comic books have been entertaining readers all over the world. The Platinum Age (1897-1938) saw comic strips, the first monthly comic book (Comics Monthly, 1922) and the first color comic book (Funnies on Parade, 1933). This was also the time when Superman's forebearer was born (Slam Bradley, 1937).

The Golden Age (1938-1956) gave heroes such as Superman, Batman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Captain America and Captain Marvel.

Following was the Silver Age (1956-1970), which saw the creation of the Comics Code Authority, which cancelled many horror, crime and romance titles. This era also gave rise to silly plots and camp, introducing characters such as Batbaby, Bat-mite ,Ace the Bat Hound and multiple versions of kryptonite.

The Bronze Age (1970-1985) saw the death of Gwen Stacy, the return of horror, more realistic styles and more minority superheroes.

The Dark/Copper Age (1985-1996) kicked off with DC's Crisis of Infinite Earths filling decades old plot holes, killing off characters and rejuvenating forgotten ones. Superman died, Batman was horribly injured and Hal Jordan's slaughter of the Lantern Corp. To top all this, sales plummeted in 1996 and even led to Marvel's bankruptcy.

We seek comics, of all types and conditions, from Platinum Age to Dark/Copper Age, but primarily Silver & Bronze Age.
Clothing
Clothing has had some very interesting trends throughout the decades. From groovy bell bottom jeans of the 1960s and 1970s, to the parachute pants of the 1990s. So many amazing brands have come about within the last 60 years, such as Nike, Ray-ban, GUESS, Members Only, Kangol, Stussy,Ocean Pacific, Jordache, Juicy Couture, Calvin Klein, JNCO Jeans, FUBU, Dr. Marten, Quiksilver and Roxy.

While we haven't branched much into vintage clothing yet, we are seeking items from brands such as these, as well as vintage graphic t-shirts displaying 80's/90's pop culture, vintage sneakers and boots, and vintage hats. (K-products, New Era, etc.)
Video Games
Video games have been invading households and arcades since the 1970s. Due to over saturation in the market, the industry crashed in North America in 1983. Yet, out of what seemed like the death of electronic gaming, Japanese companies such as Nintendo, Sega and Sony emerged to save the day!

We seek consoles, games, accessories and empty boxes for the following:

NES | Gameboy | SNES | GBC | GBA | DS/3DS | N64 | Gamecube | Genesis | Game Gear | Sega CD | Saturn | Dreamcast | Playstation
Anything Else?
Yes! We buy other popular culture items such vintage fast food toys, lunchboxes, posters, replicas, promotional materials, instruction booklets, select plushes and original display boxes.

If it is old and popular culture related , we want to see it!
